Once an order has been confirmed and payment processed, cancellations are not guaranteed. If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately. We will endeavor to accommodate requests received before fulfillment or shipment, but cannot guarantee cancellation will be possible.

5. Refund Policy

By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All sales made by Swanfields Ltd. are final and non-refundable.

• No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, failure to read product descriptions, delays in shipping or delivery, or dissatisfaction with the goods or services received.

• Digital goods, downloadable content, and services are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

• Physical goods are non-refundable once shipped.

• Promotional, discounted, or sale items are final sale and strictly non-refundable.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for physical goods pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Shipping costs are non-refundable under all circumstances.
